1. No Returns on Delivered Products

As fruits are fresh and perishable, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

2. Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered).

  • The fruit basket was damaged during delivery.

  • The fruits were spoiled or not fresh at the time of delivery.

👉 In such cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

  • Once the order is prepared or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
